If summer was distilled in a bottle, it'd surely taste like our PinoTrio. It characteristically has notable stone fruit notes, especially sun-ripened nectarines. We love it when a chutney recipe calls for a good splash of wine and even more when the seasonality of the ingredients emphasizes the wine's nature. We recommend your first step in prep is to open the bottle and pour yourself a glass!
I take this cheesecake to get-togethers, make it for holidays, etc. The crust can be modified with choice of spices to make it fit the occasion (i.e., I add nutmeg and cinnamon in the fall, some lemon or orange zest in the spring). — Erika McKenzie-Chapter, Head Cheesemaker & Herd Manager
Our raw milk Boont Corners Vintage tomme has a rich, umami flavor and with a simple recipe like risotto, its signature flavor carries through each forkful. We also love a dish that can be served as the main course or delicious side.
