2025 PinoTrio, Anderson Valley
PinoTrio is a harmonious blend of three Pinot family members: Blanc, Noir, and Gris. Each wine was harvested, pressed, and fermented separately in ovals, then aged for four months sur lie before being racked and married in a single tank a few weeks prior to bottling. For this vintage, Noir lays the foundation, bringing a beautifully rounded, Pinot Noir–like mouthfeel that adds depth and softness to the blend. Blanc adds a lifted aromatic profile, offering notes of almond and delicate orange blossom. Gris contributes both texture and intrigue, with a slightly reductive edge that reveals layers of feijoa and honeysuckle. Together, these three Pinot varieties create a seamless and captivating blend that is textured, distinctive, and elegantly complex, like a true family gathering in the glass.
