Some varietals can be better together! This uncommon marriage of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc creates something more complete than expected. Sauvignon Blanc contributes lean, focused freshness, while Chardonnay adds roundness, creaminess, and texture. Blended and aged in oak ovals, the cuvée-like wine develops added depth and a supple, layered mouthfeel. The wine opens with sweet meadowfoam, followed by crisp Asian pear and white nectarine. On the palate, a creamy texture gives way to richer notes of peach cobbler, with a subtle toasted dacquoise adding depth. Bright acidity brings focus to the wine, carrying its layers through a long, balanced finish. Pair with fresh oysters, local seafood, or a dollop of our seasonal Laychee with Fennel Pollen & Pink Peppercorn.
