2024 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
Sourced from select blocks of our regeneratively farmed estate vineyard, this Pinot Noir captures the structure and elegance of Anderson Valley AVA. The 2024 vintage was notably “short and sweet,” according to our winemaker, Sarah. Fermented in macro bins and aged for 10 months in French oak (25% new), this unfiltered Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of juniper, pine, and dried tea leaf, layered with warm spice. On the palate, deep plum and wild black fruits unfold into notes of clove, anise, and cinnamon, with a delicate almond extract character adding intrigue. The wine carries a generous, robust mid-palate, balanced by vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins. A subtle mineral thread lends definition and carries the fruit and spice into a long, savory finish. Already expressive, this Pinot Noir has the structure to evolve gracefully over the next 5–7 years. Enjoy alongside our rich Velvet Sister.
