2024 Anyhow Blanc, Anderson Valley
This uncommon, yet irresistible, marriage of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is an ode to bringing out the best in each other. The wines are fermented separately and then blended in an oval for four months. The result is a vibrant, layered white wine where creamy citrus richness meets zesty lift. Feijoa aromas give way to flavors of orange marmalade, ground cherries, and kiwi, with bright acidity and a sweet-sour finish. This crisp wine pairs well with fresh oysters, local seafood, and flavored fresh chèvre, like Laychee with Fennel Pollen & Pink Peppercorn.
