The Summer Cheese Sampler includes:
Laychee (6 oz): Soft, fresh chèvre-like cheese from pasteurized goat and sheep milk with a tangy, citrusy zing.
Laychee with Blueberries (6 oz): The juicy sweetness of our homemade preserve--made with last summer’s harvest-- blends nicely with the lemon notes of the cheese.
Boonter's Blue (7 oz): A distinctive blue-veined cheese made from raw milk that is dry, moderately flavored with a fudgy texture.
Velvet Sister (6 oz.): A Camembert inspired, mold-ripened cheese, with bold mushroom flavors that develops a creamy texture as it ripens.
Boont Corners, Vintage (12 oz): Made from fresh raw goat and sheep milk and aged five to seven months; a slightly drier texture, and a sharp and tangy flavor.
