2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Anderson Valley

Our 2021 grape harvest occurred all in one night as berry clusters were ⅔ of usual weight – due to limited water use – but the quality of the fruit was no less: ripe, sweet, and tasty! After pressing and cold fermentation, our oak maturation program adds complexity to the aromas and flavors and preserves the bright fruit and natural acidity that make this Sauvignon Blanc so refreshing and enjoyable. The resulting wine has a sweet nose of jasmine, a generous mouthfeel with lively notes of grapefruit and fennel, and ends with a crisp, clean finish.
