Historically Rosé was an afterthought of red wine production, but we think it's a tasty endeavor to craft on its own. A portion of our Monty In Vineyard was selected for making Rosé as these Pinot Noir grapes produce a vibrant wine with lower alcohol. Immediately after harvest, the fruit was destemmed and crushed, and then with one hour of skin contact, barrel aged. This vintage’s noticeable aroma of rose geranium, bright raspberry fruit and lively acidity will make each sip as refreshing as a slice of watermelon.
