Our Pinot Noir from Jeansheep Vineyard is a reserve wine made fully from one stand-alone lot of clone 667 and aged for eighteen months in barrel. This limited-production wine has a distinct rhubarb flavor infused with anise and lavender and our extended oak-aging regime makes the tannins roll over the tongue like Valley fog. This polished, dark beauty pairs best with a deep flavor like our Boont Corners Vintage.
