With its rich and generous mouthfeel, our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a soft, approachable style. Fermented and aged in oak ovals for six months, the wine boasts a supple roundness as a counterpoint to the grape’s bright acidity. Maturing our Sauvignon Blanc in wood ensures the wine maintains its highly desirable aroma of white peach while young, yet also remains a peach to drink as it ages. Its muskmelon and lime flavors make it a choice refreshment on the patio as well as a go-to wine for pairing with fresh-caught fish from the coast.
