2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
Our interpretation of a still Blanc de Noirs, (White from Black), the Pennyroyal Farm Rosé of Pinot Noir simply begs to be drunk in the summer sunshine. Fermented in stainless steel after less than an hour on the skins, its bright berry fruit and lively acidity will leave you craving another sip, especially when paired with our earthy and creamy Velvet Sisters (Camembert-style) cheese. Aged on the lees for 6 months to enhance complexity and mouthfeel.
