2016 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
Our 2016 harvest was cool and early, and its crop levels were balanced—every winemaker’s dream. True to Anderson Valley, this Pinot Noir is one tasty sip of dark cherry spiced with clove and a sweet violet nose. The wine plays the palate with a lively acidity and cheeky oak finish and its aging potential will continually make each bottle opening a special occasion. It has become our go-to red when paired with succulent game meats or our decadent Velvet Sister. Even better served with both!
