2016 Brut Cuvée, Anderson Valley
It has been a long time coming for our first vintage of sparkling wine. Beginning with the early pickings of our 2016 harvest for Pinot Noir, it was then 2+ years of production via traditional method to craft this Brut—it’s a labor of love to make delicious bubbles! We wanted to ensure every milliliter of its Cuvèe selection was expressed in its creamy mousse, layered flavors of crisp pear and fresh-baked brioche. For a momentous toast or any cause for celebration, we can’t wait to hear (and watch out for) this cork to pop!
