The warmth of the Boonville sun brings out rich, stewed red fruit flavors such as raspberry and dark cherry. This current release Pinot Noir bursts with bright acidity and a well rounded oak finish. The young like the young, so it’s a classic pairing with our Boont Corners Two Month Tomme.
