2010 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
Anderson Valley on the whole is definitely Pinot Country, and 15 of our 23 acres of vineyard are planted with Pinot Noir. We planted clones 667 and 115, both originally from the Cote d’Or (“Golden Slope”) region of Burgundy. Our first vintage is an ode to some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. With its silky tannins, hint of smoke, and wonderful aromas of peppercorn, it’s no wonder why this wine pairs elegantly with a variety of our farmstead cheeses, rack of lamb or beef bourguignon.
