A limited 3-bottle special of estate wines, Vino Trio is curated specifically to pair with our seasonal Farmstead Cheese, and members receive an extra discount! The current selection (see the Pack Details tab) includes limited reserve wines and is intended to be paired with our Late Summer Farm to Table Cheese Shipment and is eligible for purchase by non-members. Wine must be shipped separately from cheese.

This limited pack includes:
2021 Chardonnay, Hammer Olsen Vineyard (1 Bottle): Candied lemon peel aroma with dried pineapple, nutmeg and lingering caramel finish; 100% MLF. Recommended Pairing: Laychee and Bollie's Mollies.
2019 Pinot Noir, Eye of the Needle Vineyard (1 bottle): Pronounced pepper nose and exceptional morello cherry and cassis fruit spiced with fir tips; 18 months aging, 100% Clone 115. Recommended Pairing: Boont Corners Two Month.
2019 Pinot Noir, Monty In Vineyard (1 bottle): Deep garnet color and woodsy, forest-fruit flavor with hints of ruby cacao and anise; 18 months aging, 100% Clone 667. Recommended Pairing: Boont Corners Reserve.
