With its rich and generous mouthfeel, our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a soft, approachable style. Maturation in oak ovals for six months provides a supple roundness to the wine’s bright acidity and helps to preserve its golden aroma of jasmine blossoms. Notes of kiwi, tarragon and white pepper flavors make it a choice pairing with our fresh chèvre, Laychee.
