2015 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
Our 2015 harvest had lighter than average crop levels, producing a noticeable concentration of flavor in our Pinot Noir. True to its Anderson Valley designation, this is one delicious sip of cassis and peppercorn with a delicate violet nose. While in its youth, this wine bursts with bright acidity, strong new oak, and a tempting vanilla finish. It’s in perfect harmony when paired with our seasonal Laychee with Fennel Pollen & Pink Peppercorn.
