2021 Anderson Valley, Pinot Noir (1 / 2 bottles) Deep ruby color, autumn bouquet aroma, and flavors of black currant and dark cherry; aged 10 months.
2021 Pinot Noir Eye of the Needle Vineyard, Anderson Valley (1 /2 bottles) Journeying into the Anderson Valley via Highway 253, you wind through its eastern gateway, the Eye of the Needle. At its end is Highway 128 and Pennyroyal Farm's finest block of Clone 115 Pinot Noir grapes. Picked from the heart of the vineyard, the resulting wine is reminiscent of a summer season with long days where the evening opens with a glass before, during, and after dinner. Nostalgic sips aside, this satiny Pinot Noir is a testament to Anderson Valley's unique growing region with windy yet sheltered terrains - like the Eye of the Needle - and the cooling coastal influence that creates a glass full of black currants, hints of fennel, and bay laurel.
2023 Rose of Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley (1 / 2 bottles) A floral scent of freesia and crisp flavors of grapefruit and strawberry that accentuate it's signature Pinot Noir fullness and mid-palate acidity; 4 months sur lie.
2023 PinoTrio (1 / 2 bottles) a unique white wine blend that brings together three related members of the Pinot family: Blanc, Noir, and Gris. Blanc serves as the base wine, providing a refreshing taste of Pink Lady apples and a subtle hint of minerality. Noir adds to the wine's richness by introducing a velvety texture and delicate notes of marzipan, while Gris contributes its distinctive oily texture to create a symphony of flavors that seamlessly blend.
2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Anderson Valley (1 / 2 bottles) A sweet nose of orange blossom, a generous mouthfeel with notes of vine-ripened honeydew and thyme, and ends with a crisp, clean finish; matured in French oak ovals.
2022 Chardonnay, Hammer Olsen Vineyard, Anderson Valley (1 / 2 bottles) With a layered expression and lush mouthfeel, this wine offers a welcome basket of pear galette and fresh yellow peaches. Nine months of sur lie aging adds structure and body to the palate, as well as lemon curd flavors with a touch of cinnamon and maple on the long, full finish.
