The Spring Cheese Sampler includes:

Laychee (6 oz): Soft, fresh chèvre-like cheese from pasteurized goat and sheep milk with a tangy, citrusy zing.

Laychee with Chive Flowers (6 oz): A soft, fresh cheese from pasteurized goat and sheep milk similar to chèvre, blended with handpicked chive blossoms.

Bollie's Mollies (4.5 oz): A surface-ripened goat and sheep milk cheese with a fine layer of blue-grey mold, adding complexity to the tang of the young cheese.

Boont Corners, Two Month (6 oz): Aged two months and made from fresh raw goat and sheep milk, the texture is pliable and it has a mild, herbaceous flavor.

Boont Corners, Reserve (6 oz): Aged over eight to twelve months, and made from fresh raw goat milk, the texture is hard and the flavors multifaceted.

Velvet Sister (6 oz): A Camembert-inspired, mold-ripened goat and sheep milk cheese, with bold mushroom flavors that develops a creamy texture as it ripens.
