This limited selection of our farmstead cheeses—all handmade from goat and sheep milk in small batches—includes 6 oz each of our plain Laychee, Laychee with Blueberries, Laychee with Fennel Pollen & Pink Peppercorn and wedges of our Boont Corners Vintage and Reserve.


The Early Spring Cheese Sampler includes:

Laychee (6 oz): Soft, fresh chèvre-like cheese from pasteurized goat milk with a tangy, citrusy zing.

Laychee with Blueberries (6 oz): A soft, fresh cheese from pasteurized milk similar to chèvre blended with blueberry preserve.

Laychee with Fennel Pollen & Pink Peppercorn (6 oz): A soft, fresh cheese from pasteurized milk similar to chèvre with fennel pollen and pink peppercorn.

Boont Corners, Vintage (6 oz): Aged five to seven months, the texture is slightly drier and the flavor is sharp and tangy.

Boont Corners, Reserve (6 oz): Aged over eight to twelve months, and made from fresh raw goat milk, the texture is hard and the flavors multifaceted.
